NASA Ames Space Settlement Contest 2018
The Space Settlement Contest is being conducted by the NASA Ames Research Centre in association with San Jose State University and National Space Society, USA. Participants have to design a space colony and can present their work in the form of an essay, story, model or artwork. Students can participate individually or as a team. A grand prize is awarded to the best entry regardless of age. All submissions must be made in hard copy.

Eligibility: Students from class 7 to 12 can participate in the contest. 

Last Date of Submission: February 15, 2018.

Geo Genius National Geography Olympiad '17-18
The National Geography Olympiad by Geo Genius tests students' geographical knowledge and skills. The test is conducted at two levels. Level 1 is a written test with multiple choice questions and in Level 2, 50 top participants in each category from Level 1 are invited to Mumbai for a written competition with multiple choice questions. The top 10 scorers will qualify for the audio-visual round.

National Astronomy and Science Olympiad 2017-18
The National Astronomy and Science Olympiad is a unique and innovative platform that provides students an opportunity to discover space science. It also gives the winner a chance to visit the NASA Space Centre in the US. The competition is divided into two different rounds.
  • Level 1: School Round: In this round, students need to answer a basic test that checks their knowledge of astronomy and science through a 50-question multiple choice test.
  • Level 2: National Round: Students are tested on theme-based questions during a one-hour test.
Eligibility: Students studying from classes 2 to 10 from CBSE/ ICSE/ IGCSE/ State Board

Last Date to Enrol: October 10, 2017

Examination Dates: November 23 and December 7, 2017
